You can browse our inventory online right here! But if you must see it in person (which we think you probably must!) then we recommend setting up an appointment to visit our warehouse! This ensures that you’ll have someone to answer all your questions and can guide you through the process. Once you’ve selected your items, we will send you an invoice with the 50% booking deposit. Your order isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received.
We offer furniture and accessories and styling services.
For any other event needs, such as event coordination, photography, or florals, we have a lovely round up of our favorite preferred vendors that we’d love to share!
If you give us enough notice, we do what we call a custom search. We can most likely find whatever it is you are looking for! Just let us know if you have something in mind!

Because we only have one of many of our pieces, we can’t guarantee all pieces for all dates. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. We always try our best to accommodate your rental requests, but we do recommend booking your event as soon as possible in order to make sure you can have the pieces you are wanting! Please remember that your date and rentals aren’t reserved until we receive your deposit.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book your date and pieces. Quotes, Invoices, and Contracts are sent after initial warehouse visit where pieces are chosen by you. A 50% non-refundable retainer is made to hold your date and is put towards the entirety of the invoice. The remaining invoice amount is due 30 days prior to your event.
Date and items are not reserved until 50% non-refundable retainer and contract are received by Maeve.
What if we don’t have all the details together but know we want to hire Maeve? Do you offer a Save-the-Date option and how does it work?
Yes! Of course! And we are so excited that you want us to be a part of your big day! A non-refundable retainer of $500 can be paid in order to reserve our services on a specific day. The $500 retainer will be fully applied to the 50% retainer due at the time of booking.
*In the case of the Hold Our Date reservation, the $500 is a minimum. If you do not rent $500 in rentals, you will not be refunded the unused amount. If you go over, it is put towards the invoice, and any amount outside of that $500 rented will be due 30 days before your event.

We will try our best to see if the items you are interested in are available. Orders are considered last minute when they are placed 7 days or less from your event date. Last minute bookings do incur a Last Minute fee which is equal to 20% of the rental total. Once a last minute order is reserved, there are no cancellations or reductions and the entire invoice is due at time of booking.
